Additionally, Kobza Dental prides itself on employee satisfaction and culture. Team events take place on and off site, multiple times a year, and become even more engaging each time. Some culture events have included: a Lake weekend, adult Easter Egg Hunt, Top Golf, Royals Baseball Game, Winery Trips, and everyone's favorite: the annual craft night. So many fun and funny house decorations have been completed over the years.
